What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery cost is £10 per parcel.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Payment methods accepted are Bank Transfer, Debit card, Credit card (may be subject to a fee).
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time is 12-14 weeks, please advise us if you need a dress sooner and we will check our stock availability or suggest a rush cut which will incur an extra cost.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
It is secure to shop online with us all your data is protected.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once an order has been placed with JPBC we will send you a confirmation email, please check the details as there will be no responsibility taken if the details are not correct.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive an invoice when your payment is due.
Can i order extra length on your dresses?
Extra length is available on all of our dresses, there will be an extra charge, please contact our team.
Is it possible to order extra fabric for any of our dresses?
Extra fabric is available for all of our dresses.
Do we give an area of exclusivity?
We grant an area of around 10-15 miles of exclusivity to any stockist taking 6 or more styles.
